Update 11:00 a.m. (EDT)- Dawn.com, a Pakistani news agency, is reporting that the country's Defense Ministry says 118 have died in the crash.
Reports are still breaking and information on possible survivors is scant, but CNN is reporting that that an airplane carrying 127 people has crashed near an airport in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
"The Boeing 737 was flying from Karachi and crashed just before touching down," reports CNN's Wire Staff who picked up details from local media. They mention that reduced visibility and bad weather as possible causes for the crash. Rescue teams are making their way to the crash site now.
