This modest blog has been inundated with e-mails following the announcement earlier this month the Shopping Avenger, last seen battling U-Haul over the quality of its trailers, might be due for a return to the Internets. I'm holding mail for the Shopping Avenger right now, and I believe that later this month we should see his return to action. Meanwhile, customer-service departments at Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines, General Motors and Tom's of Maine (yeah, you, Tom), prepare yourself for an onslaught of withering consumer-oriented criticism. Unless, of course, the Shopping Avenger decides he has no time for this. But my impression is that he does.
