Here are the videos I promised from last week's Atlantic Food Summit, which I wrote about here: three meaty panels, including one with our (and, okay, Slow Food USA's) Josh Viertel, plus bonus long and terrific interview with our (and, all right, the White House's) Zeke Emanuel. I asked Jen Ward to edit clips on subjects I hadn't heard discussed in the terms they are here, which I think provide a new way of looking at familiar problems--and bring up unfamiliar one we should probably be thinking a good deal more about. Thanks to Jen, and of course to everyone who helped organize--and who came to--a really interesting day.
Corby Kummer's work in The Atlantic has established him as one of the most widely read, authoritative, and creative food writers in the United States. The San Francisco Examiner pronounced him "a dean among food writers in America."
