Recipe: Pomegranate Punch
Serves 20 to 24, approximate cost: $8
•16 ounces pure pomegranate juice
•11 1/2 ounces frozen concentrate white grape juice
•2 liters ginger ale (champagne may be substituted)
Make sure all of your ingredients are ice cold. In a punch bowl add the pomegranate juice, frozen white grape juice then add ginger ale and stir.
*When I make an ice ring for punch I use some kind of juice instead of water so the punch will not become diluted. For this punch I recommend an ice ring made from cranberry juice.
