Warner Bros. released a trailer for the final—we think, but really, who knows?—Hobbit movie, and it's evoking The Return of the King.
The new trailer is scored by the same song the hobbit Pippin (Billy Boyd) sings to John Noble's Denethor in the final installment of Peter Jackson's original Middle Earth trilogy.
Evoking an Oscar winner seems a bit of wishful thinking on the part of Warner Bros., which hasn't had the same critical success with a Hobbit trilogy many deemed unnecessary. Still, The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies is due out in December.
