The Secret Service scandal has drawn scrutiny to the agency in areas not even associated with this embarrassing episode of short-changing prostitutes in Colombia. As Jon Stewart noticed on The Daily Show, there's the Facebook posting of agent David Cheney checking out then-VP candidate Sarah Palin, but even more telling, as several female members of Congress point out, is that women only constitute 11 percent of the agency.
