Track of the Day: 'What the Water Gave Me'

Florence Welch is on the cusp of releasing her second Florence + The Machine album, and if there is such a thing as a sophomore curse, she has handily beaten it. A harp and an organ set the background tone here, along with an overdriven guitar, and when Welch ramps up her voice to almost-gospel roars about four minutes in, you'll know we are in the presence of a truly epic pop song.
