Standing in as a live incarnation of the bill -- who looks beaten to a pulp -- correspondent John Oliver launches into a Schoolhouse Rock-style explanation of the bill before Stewart cut him short with a "I'm sorry Dodd-Frank, what the hell happened to you?"
