Tucker Carlson goes on television and says that Michael Vick "should have been executed." Carlson is a fellow at the Cato Institute. The Institute's founder calls Carlson, "one of the most effective communicators of libertarian ideas in the nation." In a similar vein, before calling for capital punishment for the crime of killing dogs, Carlson notes that he is "a Christian" who believes in forgiveness.
