Shaquille O'Neal's reality show "Shaq Vs." is built around the Celtics' center challenging other athletes in their respective fields, which is why it was a bit of surprise to see the four-time NBA champion challenge tiny Canadian Justin Bieber to a game of pickup hoops on this week's episode.
