A lost dog refuses to leave the side of his wounded canine companion in the aftermath of Friday’s earthquake. According to a Facebook post from Butch Japan president Kenn Sakurai, both dogs were found alive in Mito, Ibaraki, thanks to the efforts of Japan Earthquake Animal Rescue and Support, and are currently in the care of a local shelter.
