He is the only GOP presidential contender to reply in the affirmative when asked by National Review if he would ratify START. Eventually the race may turn into the whole field arguing about whether to double, triple, quadruple or quintuple Gitmo as the former New Mexico governor wins the adult vote merely by failing to be a pandering, bellicose hawk.
