Ahh...now you've hit on a topic I know something about. The all-time best lounge version cover of a hard rock classic is Icelandic lounge singer Ragnar Bjarnason's cover of Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit."

But Pat Boone should get an honorable mention for this big band cover of Guns N' Roses "Paradise City" for his album No More Mister Nice Guy, which features big band covers of 12 hard rock classics.

And now you can understand what the hell Cobain was saying. (Sorry, Weird Al.)
