Nathan Sawaya works entirely with legos. Intelligent Life reviews:
[Sawaya's] vibrant pieces are remarkable, not only because they are made from colourful childhood building blocks, but also because he manages to wrench so much feeling from them. There is a haunting quality to his generic LEGO men, who seem trapped and powerless in a dark netherworld.
