This project included a series of infiltrations and thefts from 136 government agencies, foreign embassies and consulates, as well as private organizations critical of Scientology, carried out by Church members, in more than 30 countries; the single largest infiltration of the United States government in history with up to 5,000 covert agents.

Drapetomania?

...was a supposed mental illness described by American physician Samuel A. Cartwright in 1851 that caused black slaves to flee captivity. Cartwright described the disorderwhich was “unknown to our medical authorities, although its diagnostic symptom, the absconding from service, is well known to our planters and overseers”in a paper delivered before the Medical Association of Louisiana[ that was widely reprinted.

Dunning-Kruger Effect?

...is an example of cognitive bias in which “…people reach erroneous conclusions and make unfortunate choices but their incompetence robs them of the metacognitive ability to realize it”. They therefore suffer an illusory superiority, rating their own ability as above average. Stephen Colbert, a talk show character played by actor Stephen Colbert, exhibits a confident and unaware ignorance typical of the Dunning-Kruger effect.
