It's from Iran's Entekhab News. Here's the graph as it first appeared in Farsi (and the accompanying piece). It shows how the proportion of Ahmadinejad's victory remained totally stable through every vote update through the night. Some statistician could probably figure out the odds of that happening in Iran - or anywhere else, for that matter.
