The New Hampshire house passed a marriage bill today:

The final vote on HB 556 was 186-179, and came after nearly three hours of debate. The bill now moves to the Senate.

Even if the bill survives the Senate, it looks like the the Democratic governor of New Hampshire is against marriage. But he won't say why. Because all the answers make no sense.
