My best bet is that Republicans will start worrying about it the minute the Clintons get their hands back on the reins of executive power. It's not as if the Clintons haven't wire-tapped before, is it? Of course, some in the GOP - like Giuliani - will simply use the Clintons' previous abuses of power to legitimize their own.
