Our dog, Eddy, resting in the afternoon sun yesterday afternoon. She's a rescue dog, so we don't know her pedigree for sure, but we were told by the shelter that she is a mix of beagle and bassett hound. The trendy term for that is, apparently, a bagel. Self-toasting.
