Joan Rivers has been moved out of the Intensive Care Unit and into a private room.

Melissa Rivers announced the latest development on her mother's Facebook page.

Rivers, 81, was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital on Thursday after going into cardiac arrest during a routine procedure at Yorkville Endoscopy on the Upper East Side.
