As a cap to last night's slightly off-kilter VMAs, Beyoncé performed a medley of her self-titled album's tracks and accepted the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Who presented her with it? Why, none other than husband Jay Z and daughter Blue Ivy!

"I'm so full," Yoncé said to a crowd of chanting fans/music industry professionals (also known as "fans"). "I'm filled with so much gratitude. I thank God for this moment. I love y'all so much."

We'll have more to say on the reigning Queen's performance tomorrow — MTV has now posted the full 16-minute performance, which you can watch below — but for now, enjoy that and the adorable presentation and acceptance speech ("Blue Blue, I love you" !!!).
