A trailer emerged today for one of our most anticipated movies of the late summer: Love Is Strange. The movie tells the story of a couple played by John Lithgow and Alfred Molina, who after finally tying the knot have to leave their home, when Molina's character is fired from his job at a Catholic school. They crash at two separate homes and have to contend with life apart, and with the lives of those with whom they are staying.

The trailer captures the humor and sadness of the film, which was a big hit at Sundance and Tribeca. Writing from Tribeca, Vanity Fair's Richard Lawson says the movie "simulates real life in the most poignant of ways: breaking your heart while sending it soaring.
