It's scheduled for 3:14 p.m.! (Of course, many are tweeting that the stream isn't working for them.)

Update with results: The race is over and Phelps has won his  record 16th Olympic gold medal. Some people watched and other people (like us) got frustrated with the quality of their stream and did not. You can resume your regularly scheduled debate on spoilers and NBC now.
