Larry David identified this breed of scofflaw as the "pig parker." As we recall, he considered them to be among the greatest threats to a peaceful, courteous society. Same thing with taxi upstreamers. Neither group is considered part of the criminal class at this particular moment in our cultural history. But the time will come. It always comes.
