Olivia Munn Is Dating Robocop; Piers Morgan's Flexible Madonna Ban

Daily Show correspondent Olivia Munn and Joel Kinnamen, the man who would be Robocop, are dating. Totally dating. Though it's unclear if they've reached the stage in their relationship where Munn is comfortable enough to ask Kinnamen why the first season of The Killing was so unbearably slow. We'd like to know. We bet she would like to know. But that's the kind of question you can get to in time.  [Us Weekly]

Piers Morgan got into a spat last night with Madonna -- or more precisely, with Guy Oseary, Madge's lmanager. In a highly Madonna move, the singer joined Twitter for one day only to promote her new album. Morgan sent out a welcome tweet reminding Madonna she was still "banned from my show," which we initially thought was Morgan's way of being pretend-chummy and self-promotional. (He does this frequently.) Hours later, Oseary responded with a message of his own, containing a picture of a request Morgan's producer Simon Wilson sent Oseary in October about getting the Material Girl to appear on the show. Burn! Morgan attempted to explain that the ban only applied to his CNN show, and that the invite was for his U.K. show, where Madonna is apparently welcome. First, the good news on the Humphires-Kardashian divorce front: Kris Humphries is no longer serving as his own attorney. Now the bad: according to E!, the basic cable house organ for the Kardashian family, Humphires is refusing to sign a "generous" (!) settlement, apparently because he thinks that by waiting he could get "even more money." (He's probably right!) Sources say Humphries is shooting for a figure in the $7 million range, which is said to be higher than the offer currently on the table. According to a source, Humphiries "approached [Kardashian] with the $7 million in mind, in exchange for his silence and promise to never talk publicly" about their 72-day marriage. Kardashian's camp insists a "fair" offer is on the table, which is a fancy way of saying a lowball offer in on the table. Let this be a reminder to everyone considering a high-profile, possibly manufactured marriage for the benefit of reality television: if this is the path you choose, please, please, keep the subsequent legal-wrangling to a minimum, for the sake of our collective sanity. Former Pennsylvania Senator Arlen Specter promoted his spectacularly bitter new memoir Life Among the Cannibals with an appearance at Caroline's comedy club in midtown Manhattan on Monday night. Specter, a runner-up in the 2007 "Funniest Celebrity in Washington" contest did some harmless material about Bill Clinton, but delivered a pitch-perfect line about Newt Gingrich. Said Specter: "I’ve known Newt so long, I knew him when he was skinny. In fact, I’ve known him so long, I knew his first wife.” [New York Post]

Megan Fox -- the lady Michael Bay fired from all future Transformers movies -- is said to be pregnant. Hooray! It's the first child for Fox and husband Brian Austin Green, who does have a 10-year-old son from a previous relationship, but just days ago was (allegedly) pummeling a member of the paparazzi on the beach in Hawaii like a guy who had no idea he'd soon be one of the primary caretakers for another small human being. J. Crew president Jenna Lyons has sold her very nice-sounding Park Slope townhouse for $4 million. Lyons and her former husband, artist Vincent Mazeau, split up last summer and quickly became enmeshed in a tough fight over custody of their son Beckett and the future of the house, which sources say Mazeau wanted, and was close to getting under the terms of a proposed settlement. That didn't happen, though he'll likely see something as a result of the sale. Lyons, for her part, is reportedly moving to a Tribeca property listed at $5.895 million. [Page Six]
