How can Stewart resist with soundbites from clueless commentators like "Rick Santorum's surge is spreading"? Or that ad from the candidate himself showing a Mitt Romney lookalike getting splattered with brown liquid (ostensibly from a paintball)? All this being proof yet again that even though the Dan Savage-created meme is tired, Santorum can't outrun it.
