  • At last, Gerard Butler has found his fashion week sweetheart. Her name is Nicole Trunfio, and she's a model from Australia. They met Wednesday amid the "blooddrenched chaos" (someone fell down a flight of stairs onto broken glass) at the Top of the Standard on Wednesday night. A source says, "As soon as the [Butler and Trunfio] met, they were inseparable. They were kissing in a corner booth." They were seen leaving the party together, but in separate cars. Hopefully he remembered to invite her to the next Machine Gun Preacher screening. [Page Six]
  • Law enforcement sources say the FBI is "honing in" on the perpetrators of the celebrity phone hacking ring that allegedly leaked two nude photos of actress Scarlett Johansson earlier this week. Agents supposedly even "already know the identity of the main culprit" in the hacking offensive, which has stolen personal images and videos from nearly 50 actresses. [TMZ]
  • For the first time in more than ten years, Los Angeles Times chief fashion critic Booth Moore won't be attending the annual runway shows in Milan, London and Paris because of budget concerns at the paper. Moore, for her part, seems less-than-thrilled to be staying stateside. "I don’t know what kind of [European] coverage they want, but they’re not going to review the collections with pictures,” she said Thursday at Calvin Klein's New York fashion week show. She continued, "Certainly there are plenty of fashion stories to report in L.A. [but] I think it’s important to go to all the cities and see how everything relates. It’s a bummer.” [Women's Wear Daily]
  • In an interview in this week's Parade magazine, Brad Pitt admits that his life started "feeling pathetic" to him in the late-1990s. Why? "I think that my marriage [to Jennifer Aniston] had something to do with it," he confesses. "Trying to pretend the marriage was something that it wasn't." That sounds like a dig at Aniston, but that apparently wasn't his intention. "The point I was trying to make," Pitt said in a press release issued yesterday, "is not that Jen was dull, but that I was becoming dull to myself -- and that, I am responsible for." • A "series of shake-ups" is said the be in the works at Conde Nast in the upcoming days. It's begun at Brides, where  editor in chief Millie Martini Bratten has been replaced with Marie Claire executive editor Anne Fulenwider. Sources also say that Lucky publisher Michelle Myers is leaving for the same position at Brides. Outgoing Brides editor Carolyn Kremins is "expected to get a bigger book" at her next spot, with two sources saying Conde Nast Traveler is her most likely landing place. [WWD]
  • Actress January Jones gave birth to a baby boy, Xander Dane Jones, Tuesday in Los Angeles. Both are said to be in good health. The identity of Xander's father remains a mystery. [Page Six]
