I haven't taken much notice of the speculation about the various legal challenges that might be mounted to the health care reform, because I can't see any of them succeeding. My (admittedly amateur) reading of the history of the Supreme Court is that they are overwhelmingly likely to defer to Congress. But this one is at least novel: the state AGs are banding together to block Nebraska's special deal.
I cannot imagine that this is going to succeed; this basically describes the history of legislation since the inception of the United States. But it should be a fun show.
