Pricey energy is reminiscent of the stagflation of the 1970s, the rest of the CPI remains weak.

Inflation returned to positive territory on Wednesday, according to a report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The Consumer Price Index has increased 1.8% from a year ago, the first positive reading since February 2009. On a month to month basis, prices increased 0.4%.
