Mark Heid is Program Director, Social Analytics at IBM, with responsibility for Strategy, Business Development and Solutions Management. In particular, Mark focuses on the use of Social Analytics within Social Business, Smarter Commerce, and Smarter Analytics initiatives. Prior to his current role, Mark managed the WebSphere Application Server Business Unit at IBM. Before Joining IBM, Mark worked at Hewlett Packard and Apple Computer. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife and nine-year-old daughter.
