Mautner was executive editor of Food Arts Magazine in New York for 10
years until she resigned in 1998 to freelance. Today she writes about
food, wine, and travel for various magazines and sites, splitting her
time between the U.S. and the south of France. Her first book, The
South Beach Wine & Food Festival Cookbook, co-authored with Lee
Schrager, will be out from Clarkson Potter in November. She also
publishes the popular blog called Provence Post.
