On a trip across Southeast Asia to document sustainable food practices, the team from Perennial Plate stops for some delectable treats in Sri Lanka. Sri Lankans in particular enjoy a healthy amount of seafood, which they bathe in curried spices and serve with coconut milk.

In this charming short, series creators Daniel Klein and Mirra Fine condense two weeks’ worth of eclectic characters and places into one mouthwatering montage.
