On the Beauty of Handmade Wooden Skateboards

This episode of Etsy's Handmade Portraits series tells the story of two friends in Germany who have been making snowboards and longboards since they saw a photo of a snowboard in an American magazine in 1983. Martin Sammet and Jogi März created Pogo Boards, and run the workshop from a farmhouse in southern Germany. Their products are available on Etsy, of course. 

The video is by two Munich-based filmmakers, Paul Jax and Niclas Loeffler, aka We Make Them Wonder. Below, they demonstrate the proper way to shoot a tracking shot from a moving car:
