Visit the Oldest Piano Shop in Paris

By Kasia Cieplak-Mayr von Baldegg

"As long as I have some water, a candle, a hardback book, an old piano -- I'll still be alive," says Marc Manceaux, the subject of this meditative portrait by Tom Wrigglesworth and Mathieu Cuvelier. The U.K.-based filmmakers shot La Mer de Pianos, or The Sea of Pianos, over the course of a weekend in Paris.

The two filmmakers are advertising creatives by trade, with viral video hits to their names; Wrigglesworth created this stop-motion HP spot, and Cuvelier did the well known "LED Sheep Art" viral for Samsung.
