Just a Normal Guy With a Really Big Beard

Apr 03, 2014 | 124-part series
Video by Zach Bainter

At the age of 23, Jack Passion traveled to the World Beard and Moustache Championships where he was crowned champion of the “Full Beard Natural” category. Although the two-time champion was knocked from his throne in 2011, the beardsman continues to make the facial hair into a lifestyle, writing several books and starring in the IFC television show Whisker Wars. In this short film, Passion talks about his grooming habits, and the dark side of international facial hair competitions.
