"NASA may only consume 0.5 percent of the federal budget, but it generates practically all of Uncle Sam's viral marketing buzz," the Wire's John Hudson notes in "NASA Is the Government's One True Viral Hit Factory." The latest Mars rover mission captured the imagination of the Internet at large, spawning meme after meme, including this entertaining parody of the music video "Sexy and We Know It," by LMFAO. The video was produced by a new YouTube channel, Satire. We're big fans of NASA's incredible videos and visualizatios of space here at the Atlantic Video channel, so we get a kick out of seeing the footage recontextualized in an obnoxious -- yet epic -- pop video.
