The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's GOES-13 satellite took this picture on Saturday, capturing Hurricane Carlotta off the southwestern coast of Mexico. In the southern state of Oaxaca, two children were killed when the rains caused a mudslide that crushed their home. Over the weekend, Carlotta was downgraded to a tropical storm but continued to bring heavy rains to Mexcio's southwestern states.
