The site's editors put out a call to their readers to answer an extensive questionnaire in order to figure out how people are using their iPads. More than 850 people responded, and all of the results were collected and graphed below by Jay Yarow (the editor of Business Insider's SAI) and Leah Goldman (the site's lists and rankings editor). Some of the results might surprise you.
More than 30 percent of the people surveyed have more than one iPad in their home, Business Insider found. And a similar number have downloaded more than 50 different applications (up from only 17 percent this past November, when Business Insider first conducted a survey on tablet usage). They don't use all of those application on a regular basis, but they did pay for many of them.
