Steve Jobs Offers Great Advice to Apple's Fans and Haters

An Apple customer furious over his iPhone 4's reception problems recently found himself involved in an e-mail exchange with Apple CEO Steve Jobs, which he forward on to The Boy Genius Report. Jobs' one-line responses succeeded only at infuriating the customer, who said he was "insulted" and called Jobs a "jackass." At the end of the exchange, Jobs offered this advice:

Retire, relax, enjoy your family. It is just a phone. Not worth it.

Easy for him to say. Jobs' net worth is valued at $5.5 billion, thanks in no small part to what is, after all, "just a phone."
