This picture, taken on May 18, 1969, shows a Kennedy Space Center administrator explaining the liftoff of Apollo 10 to the King and Queen of Belgium. The queen is wearing a large beret. Former Vice President Hubert Humphrey appears to the right in a baseball cap holding binoculars. Apollo 10 was the fourth manned mission of the Apollo program and considered to be the dry-run before Apollo 11. The three astronauts on board returned to earth eight days later.
