10 Fitness Apps to Help You Meet Your New Year's Resolutions

After weeks of holiday eating and drinking, the New Year gives everyone a good excuse to announce their weight loss goals masqueraded as "resolutions." Year after year hopefuls declare some outrageous plan to lose a thigh, and usually give it up in about a fortnight. This failure breeds more weight gain and then, come the next January 1, you implement another impossible diet and exercise regime, because you think, "Hey, maybe this year is different." Well, guess what, this year is different. At least if you have a smartphone. Your phone has an arsenal of apps just waiting to help you achieve your ideal fitness level.
