R. Nicholas Burns

Nicholas Burns is a professor of the Practice of Diplomacy and International Politics at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. He has worked in the U.S. State Department as a former under secretary of state for political affairs, and served in the United States Foreign Service for 27 years. He is a former U.S. ambassador to NATO and Greece, State Department spokesman, and special assistant to President Clinton.
