The Occupy protesters in Tampa for the Republican National Convention have been relegated to a vacant lot a mile or two outside the "secure zone," right next to an Army/Navy surplus store. They've got a makeshift stage, where announcements are made, protest songs are played, and the rap above was performed for scores of people Monday afternoon in between rain storms.
