In "Voltron," the classic '80s cartoon, five giant mechanical cats unite to make an invincible robot fighter. Just like Newt Gingrich, right? In a recent Bloggingheads.tv diavlog, Adam Serwer of Mother Jones makes that argument. Gingrich, he tells Katherine Mangu-Ward of Reason, combines the negative aspects of five other GOP candidates -- and somehow amounts to a formidable contender for the nomination.
