Eleanor Holmes Norton: Tell Congress to Go 'Straight to Hell'

The District of Columbia's non-voting House member, Eleanor Holmes Norton (D), is fired up about the possibility of a government shutdown. "This is the functional equivalent of bombing innocent civilians," she told local Fox 5 last night. "It's time the District of Columbia told the Congress to go straight to hell."

D.C. would feel a federal shutdown more than other cities, as the local D.C. government is funded by congressional appropriations. Watch the video:
