So former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty has landed himself a pretty good gig: He's headlining a tax day rally hosted by the Greater Boston Tea Party, his political team announced today.
Other 2012 candidates, of course, will find themselves on other stages on April 15. They'd be fools not to, as they're all pushing tea-party-ish platforms and trying to snag tea party votes (and if not, they're sure trying to avoid the movement's irate condemnation).
Some of those stages will be bigger, and some of them will be in Iowa or New Hampshire. But Pawlenty has secured a spot at the podium with the most allegorical significance.
