The Chamber, which plans to spend $75 million on this year's midterm elections, won't say how much it's spending to air this ad, but it will be running statewide and "heavily in Los Angeles," according to a Chamber spokesman.

The Chamber is already running TV ads on Senate races in a handful of states, including Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.

The Chamber's ad will augment Fiorina's own statewide TV campaign, which launched last Thursday with this ad

According to recent polling from Field Research, Boxer leads this race 47 - 41 percent; according to a Greenberg Quinlan Rosner poll for USC and the L.A. Times, Boxer leads 51 - 43 percent. Both polls were taken as Boxer was already running TV ads, while Fiorina had not yet gone up on the air.
