Democrats are faced with several choices on health care--e.g., whether to continue whipping House moderates and progressives to support the Senate health care bill, whether to step back and pass a stripped-down bill in the Senate, or to use budget reconciliation rules--but while that's getting sorted out, they are, in fact, doing other things: the administration rolled out its new plan for Wall Street yesterday, addressing one of voters' top concerns other than health care reform.
