It takes 67 votes to change Senate rules, meaning the bill has very, very little chance of succeeding, but The Atlantic Wire's Max Fisher notes that some liberal bloggers think the bill is worth pursuing, even though it's doomed to fail, for the sake of calling attention to the inaction that filibusters effect.
