MoveOn Raises $1 Million To Attack Lieberman...Plus: Lieberman As Obstinate Sock Puppet

MoveOn.org said this afternoon that it has raised over $1 million in 48 hours to launch a "major accountability campaign" against Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT) in 2010. Since Lieberman is unlikely to run for reelection, attacks and threats of attacks haven't been effective so far in persuading him to vote with Senate Democratic leaders on health care--but that won't stop liberals from launching them.

Plus, MoveOn sent this video to its members today. It features Joe Lieberman as an obstinate sock puppet pledging to filibuster health reform...and demanding that his name be added to the pledge of allegiance, that Senate Democrats make him four inches taller, and that he be given a pony:
